We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on financial reporting experience, and the ability to manage routine finance operations effectively.

- Maintain bookkeeping and post financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and reconcile ledgers, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Review and update management reporting systems and Excel-based reporting templates.
- Prepare and record transactions related to Income Tax and Sales Tax withholding and payables.
- Reconcile Sales Tax and Income Tax records for monthly tax returns.
- Manage vendor-related matters, including purchase orders and vendor payments.
- Issue withholding tax challans to vendors.
- Perform routine bank reconciliations.
- Handle day-to-day finance department operations.
- Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Develop and implement effective internal control procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Liaise with legal and tax advisors regarding legal, financial, and taxation matters.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA / CA Part Qualified preferred.
- Articleship completed.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and taxation.
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
