We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on financial reporting experience, and the ability to manage routine finance operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain bookkeeping and post financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and reconcile ledgers, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Review and update management reporting systems and Excel-based reporting templates.
  • Prepare and record transactions related to Income Tax and Sales Tax withholding and payables.
  • Reconcile Sales Tax and Income Tax records for monthly tax returns.
  • Manage vendor-related matters, including purchase orders and vendor payments.
  • Issue withholding tax challans to vendors.
  • Perform routine bank reconciliations.
  • Handle day-to-day finance department operations.
  • Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
  • Develop and implement effective internal control procedures.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
  • Liaise with legal and tax advisors regarding legal, financial, and taxation matters.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • ACCA / CA Part Qualified preferred.
  • Articleship completed.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and taxation.
  • Good command of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
