- Assist in managing and maintaining financial records for the Shared Services department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process financial transactions, including accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to support decision-making for the management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Issuing invoices to the different clients pertains to different commercial domains and ensuring timely recoveries to be made.
- Support the implementation of financial process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification .
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience in a finance role, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with financial systems and software, such as ERP systems, is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present findings effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
