Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the company's financial operations, reporting, and budgeting
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes
- Manage financial operations independently with minimal oversight
- Drive process improvements through strong analytical and problem-solving input
- Provide leadership and guidance across the finance function
- Maintain professional, results-driven communication with stakeholders
- 10–15+ years of relevant BPO / Finance experience preferred
- CA / ACCA Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong command of financial management, reporting & budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proven ability to manage financial operations independently
