Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS) in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
  • Experience managing payroll, tax compliance, budgeting, and cash flow.
  • Ability to prepare monthly financial reports and present financial information clearly to the founders.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's day-to-day finance function, including bookkeeping, accounting, and financial record maintenance.
  • Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Ensure tax compliance and maintain accurate tax records in line with applicable regulations.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and provide regular updates to the founders on the company's financial performance.
  • Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records to support business decisions.
