Key Responsibilities
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
We are seeking a driven and detail-focused Finance Officer-Entry Level to join our team at Level3 BOS. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career individuals looking to build practical experience in financial operations while working with U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day financial activities, including data entry, basic reporting, and maintaining records
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting by compiling relevant data and preparing reports
- Conduct basic financial analysis and help identify trends, inconsistencies, or irregularities
- Ensure financial records are accurate, up to date, and properly maintained
- Assist in tracking cash flow and monitoring expenses
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to support ongoing finance operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
