Rider Manager – Delivery Operations

We’re looking for a Rider Manager to manage rider performance, discipline, attendance, dispatch flow, and delivery execution across Wrap Lab branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage rider attendance, punctuality, and discipline

• Monitor rider productivity and average orders

• Ensure smooth dispatch and delivery flow

• Track delivery time, complaints, and cancellations

• Coordinate with branches for rider availability

• Support rider hiring, onboarding, and training

• Maintain rider rosters and performance records

• Resolve rider issues and operational gaps

Requirements

• 2–5 years of rider management or delivery operations experience

• Experience managing riders or field teams is mandatory

• Strong understanding of food delivery operations

• Good coordination and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable handling peak-hour pressure

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

• QSR, food delivery, courier, or logistics experience preferred
