  • Developing and managing FMCG demand for sub-distributors, Corporate and HORECA clients.
  • Drive business development by identifying and onboarding distributors, corporate accounts, and HORECA clients.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and supply volumes with manufacturers and distributors.
  • Develop new FMCG market segments and distribution channels to serve demand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, brand owners, and channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer demand to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, procurement plans, and periodic business performance reports.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve supply chain or delivery issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, warehousing) to streamline operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in FMCG buying, procurement, or bulk sales.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG landscape in Pakistan
  • Demonstrated experience in business development with sub-distributors, corporate and HORECA clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to margins, volumes, and market trends.
