Our client Confidential is looking for a FMCG Sales Representative in Karachi

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative/ Order Booker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building a career in the FMCG sales sector, demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. This role requires an individual with a solid understanding of territory knowledge and merchandising, who can effectively manage their time and meet sales targets consistently. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers directly within the market and through mobile app usage to efficiently log orders and manage client information. This position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in FMCG sales and a minimum educational qualification of Matriculation, with a preference for higher qualifications. Candidates must have basic mathematical skills to perform necessary sales calculations and should be prepared to spend a minimum of six hours daily in the market environment. The role does not involve managing a team but requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work independently while contributing actively to the companys sales objectives.Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote product offerings effectively.
• Book orders accurately using mobile applications and maintain updated records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to the customers and manage merchandising activities within assigned territories.
• Identify potential customers and expand the customer base in line with company targets and market opportunities.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.
• Manage time effectively to maximize customer visits and market coverage while ensuring quality engagements.
• Utilize knowledge of the FMCG sector and territory to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular feedback and reports regarding customer preferences, market conditions, and competitor activities to the management.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and support staff to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing Metro Agarbatti Company in the market.
