About the Role

The Catalyst Group is hiring a FP&A Manager with experience in the healthcare/medical industry on behalf of its client, Intellia, an AI-driven consulting platform.

We are seeking an FP&A Manager with strong financial knowledge and analytical skills to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build financial models and analysis to support business decisions.
• Work with internal teams and clients to understand financial requirements and provide insights.
• Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis.
• Support project and client-level cost and profitability analysis.
• Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and business requirements.
  
  
  

Key Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, consulting, or a related field.
• Candidate needs to have experience in the Healthcare/Medical industry.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing, high-paced environment.
• Agile thinker and fast learner who can adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
