Our client genesis is hiring a fresh calling staff night shift in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers during the night shift to promote products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to assist with inquiries or resolve any issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow-up with customers, when necessary, to provide additional information or feedback.
- Work with the sales team to ensure that all targets are met and exceeded.
- Provide a positive customer experience by ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and forward to the relevant department if needed.

Requirements:

- Ability to work night shifts on a full-time basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
- Patience and ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
