We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to enhance our front-office operations and support daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Share quotations and estimate with multiple hospitals on a daily basis via WhatsApp and email.

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to enhance our front-office operations and support daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Share quotations and estimate with multiple hospitals on a daily basis via WhatsApp and email.
- Deal with walk-in patients and customers.
- Receive and dispatch courier documents and maintain proper records.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of relevant records.
- Resolve queries and concerns from hospitals and patients in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend phone calls and WhatsApp messages and ensure timely responses to queries.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer and hospital-related issues.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the concerned department or management.
- Education: Minimum B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of front desk or reception experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, customer service, call handling, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional Attributes: Professional, organized, punctual, and reliable demeanor.
