Exceed Petroleum (Pvt),Ltd seeks a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role, excels in communication, and demonstrates strong organizational skills. This role demands a welcoming and professional demeanor to represent the company effectively and create a positive impression. The Receptionist handles multiple tasks such as managing telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining correspondence, contributing to the smooth operation of the reception area without managing a team.
This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for document management and calendar coordination, along with excellent telephone etiquette. The candidate must be able to manage the flow of visitors and calls efficiently and maintain a professional appearance. Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to work independently or collaboratively within the organization are essential. While a bachelor's degree is preferred, equivalent qualifications coupled with experience in similar roles will also be considered.

- Oversee visitor management processes by registering guests and guiding them appropriately within the premises while adhering to company security protocols.
- Utilize document management systems to store, retrieve, and archive company documents accurately and securely.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining office supplies to support the smooth operation of the reception area.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and ensure the smooth flow of information.
