Fronter/ Cold Calling Agent

Role Description This full-time, on-site Fronter / Cold Calling Agent role is based in the Rawalpindi District and focuses on initiating outbound calls to prospective and existing clients. The agent will introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up conversations or appointments for senior sales or account management teams. Daily activities include managing call lists, following scripts and compliance guidelines, updating CRM or call tracking systems, and accurately recording call outcomes. The role also involves handling basic inbound inquiries, resolving straightforward questions, and escalating complex issues as needed. The Fronter / Cold Calling Agent is expected to meet call volume and conversion targets while maintaining professional communication and representing Ironclad Tech’s values in every interaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Candidates should possess customer service and sales support skills, such as handling objections, qualifying leads, and guiding prospects toward the next step in the sales process.
• Candidates should possess basic technical and administrative skills, including familiarity with CRM or call center software, data entry accuracy, and comfort working with AI-augmented calling tools.
• Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage call queues, prioritize tasks, and meet daily and weekly performance targets.
• Candidates should possess resilience and professionalism, including the ability to handle rejection, maintain a positive attitude, and follow scripts and compliance standards consistently.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer support, or BPO environments is preferred but not strictly required for motivated candidates with strong communication abilities.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
• Availability to work full-time shifts on-site in the Rawalpindi District and willingness to work with international clients and varying time zones as needed.
