Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack AI Developer to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in .NET backend development, modern JavaScript frameworks, relational databases, and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.

In this role, you will build scalable APIs, responsive web applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, AI agents, tool-calling integrations, and workflow automations that seamlessly connect AI models with business systems, databases, and external APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET, C#, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.

Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services for AI-powered applications and third-party integrations.

Develop LLM-powered solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and business knowledge sources.

Design AI agents capable of handling complex requests, retrieving information, utilizing external tools, and executing multi-step workflows.

Implement tool/function calling to integrate AI models with APIs, databases, CRM platforms, and external services.

Build document-based AI assistants capable of processing and retrieving information from PDFs and other business documents.

Develop and maintain workflow automation solutions using n8n or similar platforms.

Create responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js or Next.js.

Design and optimize database structures, SQL queries, stored procedures, and data-access layers.

Integrate applications with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Supabase, or similar databases.

Implement security, authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and error handling best practices.

Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and AI response quality.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions.

Participate in Agile development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Maintain technical documentation for system architecture, APIs, AI workflows, prompts, integrations, and deployment processes.

Required Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including:

ASP.NET Core

Web APIs

MVC/MVVM

Entity Framework or Dapper

Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

Experience with Next.js, Node.js, or similar modern web technologies.

Practical experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) using platforms such as OpenAI.

Experience with SQL Server and at least one additional database platform such as PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or Supabase.

Proficiency with Git and modern version control practices.

Understanding of application deployment, environment configuration, debugging, and production support.

Preferred Skills:

Experience developing document-based chatbots or AI knowledge assistants.

Experience building AI-powered workflow automation platforms.

Familiarity with GoHighLevel, CRM integrations, or business automation platforms.

Experience with Azure DevOps, AWS CodeCommit, Vercel, Cloudways, or similar deployment platforms.

Experience With PowerShell Or Other Automation Scripting Tools.

Understanding of AI response evaluation, hallucination reduction, retrieval optimization, and prompt engineering.

Familiarity with secure handling of sensitive business information.

Experience working on legal-tech, business automation, reservation, onboarding, or case-management applications.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 4 Years Of Professional Software Development Experience.

Proven experience delivering full-stack web applications.

Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI or LLM-powered applications.

A portfolio showcasing AI applications, workflow automations, or API-driven platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
