Our client Citylink Travel is looking for a GDS Ticketing Specialist - Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo in Lahore
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in airline GDS ticketing is required. Must have practical experience using Sabre and/or Amadeus for airline reservations, PNR creation and management, ticket issuance, reissues/exchanges, refunds, voids, fare rules and schedule changes. Travel agency, OTA, airline or B2B travel industry experience is strongly preferred. Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple bookings under pressure are required. This is a specialized GDS ticketing position; candidates without practical GDS/airline ticketing experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities
- Handle airline reservations and PNR creation/management using Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
- Issue, reissue, exchange, refund and void airline tickets.
- Check fare rules, availability and pricing accurately.
- Handle airline schedule changes and ticketing issues.
- Provide ticketing support to B2B travel agents via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Ensure all bookings and tickets comply with airline/GDS rules and policies.
- Maintain accurate ticketing and reservation records.
- Resolve booking and ticketing issues quickly and efficiently.
