The General Worker will support routine production and operational activities, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution of tasks in line with GSK procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine manual and operational tasks as directed by the supervisor/line lead.
- Support production activities, including material handling, basic cleaning, and equipment-related tasks within approved procedures.
- Follow all safety, quality and GMP/GEK guidelines and report any issues or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organised and efficient work area.
- Minimum DAE engineering or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Pharma Solid packaging machines & Line management.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks (e.g. standing, lifting within approved limits).
- Strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork.”
