General Worker

Role Purpose

The General Worker will support routine production and operational activities, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution of tasks in line with GSK procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine manual and operational tasks as directed by the supervisor/line lead.
• Support production activities, including material handling, basic cleaning, and equipment-related tasks within approved procedures.
• Follow all safety, quality and GMP/GEK guidelines and report any issues or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organised and efficient work area.
  
  

Education, Experience & Skills

• Minimum DAE engineering or equivalent.
• Prior experience in Pharma Solid packaging machines & Line management.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks (e.g. standing, lifting within approved limits).
• Strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork.”
