General Worker

Position Summary

You will support day-to-day packing operations at our Pakistan facility. You will work with operators, engineers, and quality colleagues to keep production safe, reliable, and efficient. Key Responsibilities

• Execute the activities as per the daily planning by management and work schedule with area manager/Supervisor and execution of tasks assigned.
• To execute the operation involved in the following areas. Blistering, Filling & Packing
• Working in coordination with engineering to ensure equipment and machines are smoothly working.
• Manage line operations in break.
• In process check and maintain all relevant records/documentation of operations in compliance with SOP.
• Support other function by providing necessary help, and good customer services to relevant department.
• Ensure area readiness as per standard compliance requirement.
  
  

Qualification

• Minimum DAE or relevant experience
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and basic technical instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work on-site shifts
• Basic spoken and written Urdu or English to follow procedures and report issues.
