Job Summary

The role is responsible for executing manufacturing, dispensing, filling and sterilization activities for Ampoules and Eye Drops, ensuring smooth, compliant operations in line with GMP, EHS and relevant regulatory requirements. The position supports achievement of daily production targets while maintaining high standards of product quality, safety, and data integrity within the sterile area.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all Ampoules and Eye drops manufacturing, dispensing, filling, and sterilization operations are completed in a timely manner in adherence with local Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure safety of the area with Zero Waste promotions, and timely ZAP & ZIP reporting.
• Keep up-to-date production, downtime, preventive maintenance, and other records on a daily basis for Ampoules and Eye drops.
• Ensure GMP (proper labelling, line clearance, etc.) and EHS (Zero Access, LOTO, etc.) compliance during operation.
• Ensure documentation (BMR and logbooks) in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Identify and report any deviations during the manufacturing, dispensing, filling, and sterilization processes from SOPs in Ampoules and Eye Drops.
• Ensure data integrity compliance and strengthen DI controls (ALCOA+ principles) in Ampoules and Eye Drops manufacturing.
  
  

Education, Experience & Skills

• Minimum Intermediate (or equivalent) qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.
• Preferred Experience of working in a sterile area, especially in ampoules and/or eye drops manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of GMP, EHS and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with sterile area practices, aseptic techniques, and line clearance requirements.
• Ability to maintain accurate production and documentation records in line with Good Documentation Practices.
• Attention to detail and strong focus on safety, data integrity, and housekeeping.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional production and engineering teams.
