Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, ads, banners, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging digital and branding creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
- Edit images and prepare graphics for web and print.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Use AI design tools to support and improve creative output.
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social media, and branding work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva and/or Figma.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Knowledge of digital advertising creatives and basic print design.
- Basic video/motion graphics experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI design tools.
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take feedback and handle revisions.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to create original designs rather than relying heavily on templates.
