Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer cum Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing eye-catching graphics and managing our social media presence to boost engagement and brand awareness. This is a remote, part-time position suitable for creative individuals with strong design skills and social media expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, advertisements, and website content.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Analyze social media metrics and create reports on performance improvements and engagement feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align graphic design work with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in social media content planning and posting.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager, with a portfolio showcasing digital designs and successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to convey messages creatively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote-working environment.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design and social media management.
