Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative design solutions.
  • Experience in web design and development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.


Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality designs for digital and print materials, including logos, brochures, business cards, social media graphics, and websites.
  • Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver suitable design solutions.
  • Develop and present creative design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to create fresh, innovative, and relevant designs.
  • Organize and maintain the design asset library, ensuring files remain accessible, up-to-date, and properly organized.
