Job Purpose:

The Group Head – HR Transformation & Projects will drive and manage key HR transformation initiatives across PARCO, with a focus on HR digitization, process optimization, performance management, organization effectiveness and people analytics.

The role will translate strategic HR priorities into structured projects and practical solutions that enhance operational effectiveness, employee experience and organizational capability.

Working closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, IT and key business stakeholders, the incumbent will manage the implementation and continuous improvement of HR technology, processes and transformation initiatives aligned with PARCO’s business and people priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the HR transformation roadmap and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional HR projects related to HR digitization, process automation, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving HR processes to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of HR technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
  • Coordinate change management and user adoption activities for HR transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in administering and enhancing the organization's Performance Management Process (PMP), calibration, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) framework.
  • Support job analysis, job documentation, organization structure reviews, grading exercises, and role architecture initiatives.
  • Assist in succession planning, talent review, workforce analytics, and organizational capability assessments.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and people analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Rewards, Shared Services, IT, and external consultants.
  • Develop project documentation, business requirements, SOPs, user guides, and implementation plans.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend practical HR solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to HR Transformation, HR Projects, HRIS, Performance Management, Organization Development, or HR Operations.
  • Experience working on HR technology implementation projects (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, or equivalent HRIS) will be preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, project management methodologies, and process improvement principles.
  • Experience supporting performance management, organization design, job evaluation, or workforce planning initiatives will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics, dashboard development, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification in Project Management, Change Management, HR Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors, or Job Evaluation methodologies will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or other large corporate organizations will be preferred.
