Our client Taraki is hiring a GTM Engineer / Growth Lead in Lahore.

About Taraki
Taraki is building the hiring infrastructure for Pakistan. We connect the country's talent with the companies that need it, through a job marketplace, an applicant tracking product, and an offshore recruitment service.

This role sits inside our offshore engineering placement business. We place top-tier Pakistani engineers directly with funded startups in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, helping them build and scale their engineering teams fast.

The Role
You will build our outbound growth engine from zero. You own everything that gets a qualified account into a sales conversation: who we target, the systems that reach them, and the initial qualification. The founders will remain the closers. Your job is to fill the calendar with the right people and build the machine that keeps doing it.

This is a builder's role; you will define our ICP, build and run the outbound stack yourself, write outreach that earns replies from busy founders, and book qualified meetings. If you want to own a growth function , this is the role for you.

Your Responsibilities
- Define and document the ICP. Build a sharp, written profile of the accounts we should target, and keep it living as we learn.
- Build target account lists on an ongoing basis. Source most relevant accounts in our ICP using defined signals, and refresh the list every week or month.
- Stand up and own the infrastructure. CRM, data sources, deliverability setup, and multi-channel outbound sequences, built and maintained by you.
- Run personalized outbound across email and LinkedIn. Manually at first to find the message that works, then systematized once it is proven.
- Book and run discovery meetings. Qualify accounts to bring warm deals to the table
- Build the positioning and objection-handling playbook. Document it so it becomes a system, not tribal knowledge.
- Nurture existing accounts. Run a value-add motion to our existing clients to surface expansion and warm intros.
- Grow into the close over time. Take ownership of closing smaller deals and driving expansion inside accounts as you develop in the role.

Qualifications
Must-haves
- At least 2-4+ years in outbound, growth, or GTM, including having built an outbound motion from scratch rather than only running an already defined playbook.
- Hands-on, demonstrable experience running cold outbound with the modern stack: Apollo, Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a CRM (HubSpot or similar).
- Experience using Clay to build enrichment and personalization workflows (waterfall enrichment, signal-based plays, AI personalization).
- Comfort using Claude / Claude Cowork (or similar AI tools) to build automations and accelerate research, list-building, and copywriting.
- Native-grade written English, with a proven ability to write cold messages that get replies from US, Canadian, or European buyers.
- A track record of booking qualified B2B meetings, ideally with startup or tech buyers.

Preferred
- Experience selling into early-stage startups, or a background in recruiting, staffing, or dev services.
- Hands-on experience with email deliverability infrastructure.
- Experience with signal-based outbound.
- Experience running or working inside a lead-generation or GTM agency serving international clients.
- Comfort running discovery and qualification calls, with the ambition to grow into closing.
