Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of security guards, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement security protocols and strategies to enhance safety and security.
- Train and mentor security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to monitor compliance and identify potential security risks.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency personnel as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate reports of incidents and activities.
- Collaborate with management to improve security measures and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to security staff.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security or military field, preferably with an army background.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and collected in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using security technology and equipment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- Retired from the army with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Previous experience in security supervision or management.
- Formal security training or certification is preferred.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security management or related field is a plus.
Work Setting:
- Position is on-site and requires regular monitoring and patrolling activities within designated facilities.

- Full-time position with potential requirement for overtime depending on operational needs.
