Job Responsibilities

:

• Responsible for growing the bank’s agriculture book in line with the bank’s business plan through a diverse product suite and an effective sales channel down the line.
• Developing Agri business plans in line with the bank’s business objectives.
• Encouraging program-based lending suited to the needs of existing and prospective clientele.
• Implementing business plans and strategies to grow the Agriculture business.
• Identifying business opportunities, structuring proposals, negotiating terms, and determining security arrangements.
• Establishing new relationships and strengthening & deepening relationships with existing customers.
• Providing financial advice and solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Liaising with other business units for business leads.
• Ensuring achievement of financial and non-financial objectives.
• Monitoring the business performance of the Agri Credit Division, regions, and field team, and taking remedial action where required.
• Keeping non-performing loans at the lowest levels.
• Ensuring credit discipline is maintained in line with the bank’s CPM, policies, and procedures.
• Monitoring compliance with SBP regulations and PRs.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of Aug 14th, 2026.
