Our client Palmpay Pvt Ltd is looking for a Head of Compliance and Risk Management in Lahore

PalmPay is a fintech platform enabling financial inclusion through innovative credit and payment solutions in the mobile phone market. Partnering with leading brands such as Infinix, Tecno, Itel, and Realme, PalmPay provides customers with accessible financing options, seamless digital payments, and rewarding services. By integrating financial technology with mobile distribution, PalmPay empowers individuals and businesses to own smartphones more affordably while building a trusted digital ecosystem in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

The HOD–Compliance will oversee PalmPay Pakistan's internal compliance framework with

State Bank of Pakistan's regulatory authorities, ensuring employee operations, organizational

processes, and departmental activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and

governance requirements. This role is responsible for embedding a compliance culture across the

organization and ensuring operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce compliance policies to ensure smooth internal operations.
  • Have experience in dealing with onsite visits of SBP and compliance of its regulatory authorities to achieve organizational goals.
  • Employee Conduct Oversight: Monitor employee adherence to company rules, disciplinary standards and ethical practices.
  • Ensured departments follow approved procedures and maintain transparency in operations.
  • Conduct compliance checks and operational audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assess organizational risks and implement preventive measures.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management on employee operations and organizational practices.
  • Conduct sessions to educate employees on compliance policies and organizational standards.
  • Work with HR, Finance, and Operation teams to ensure compliance integration across functions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in organizational compliance, governance, or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate compliance frameworks, employee governance, and organizational policy enforcement.
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage compliance teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in compliance or corporate governance will be an advantage.
