Team Manager

  • Manager three member Finance team
  • Delegate task to Subordinate with proper follow up
  • Report CEO/Director on Monthly and Daily routine tasks

Accounting System Development & Implementation

  • Review and restructuring of accounting procedures, chart of accounts, and financial workflows.
  • Implementation of an organized accounting system aligned with operational and management requirements.
  • Establishment of reporting mechanisms for finance, taxation, billing, and management purposes.

Bookkeeping & Financial Management

  • Supervision and maintenance of complete bookkeeping records in accounting software installed at client’s premises.
  • Monitoring of receivables, payables, banking transactions, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments.
  • Maintenance of proper accounting records, supporting documentation, and fixed asset schedules.

Financial Reporting & MIS

  • Preparation of periodic financial statements, management reports, profitability analysis, and MIS reporting.
  • Exclusive and analysis of financial information for decision-making, budgeting, operational planning, and performance monitoring purposes..

Billing, Recoveries & Operational Coordination

  • Development and supervision of timely billing mechanisms to avoid operational delays.
  • Monitoring aging of receivables and coordination with relevant personnel for execution and recovery follow-ups.
  • Assisting management in streamlining operational financial processes and inter departmental coordination.

Compliance & Tax Reporting Support

  • Maintenance of accounting records in line with statutory, tax, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordination for timely extraction of accounting data required for tax reporting and regulatory compliance.

Organizational Support & Team Management

  • Assisting management in defining duties, responsibilities, workflows, and coordination procedures between teams.
  • Supervising accounting staff and assigning responsibilities for timely and professional execution of work.

Advisory & Management Support

  • Providing ongoing financial, operational, and reporting support to management for effective business planning and financial control.
