Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects including data centers, electrical rooms, cooling systems, and structured cabling.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and logistics teams for timely resource allocation and site readiness.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and third-party vendors to ensure quality execution and adherence to project schedules.
- Review and interpret design documents, shop drawings, and technical submittals. Ensure site compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality control protocols.
- Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and address technical or operational bottlenecks.
- Liaise with consultants and clients for inspections, approvals, and project milestones. Conduct technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies. Support installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of systems including UPS, LV panels, cooling units, fire suppression, and BMS.
- Provide input during design and tender stages to improve constructability and cost-effectiveness.
- Train junior engineers and ensure team alignment with project objectives.
- Assist in budget tracking, cost control, and material verification.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering is required.
- Master's degree in Engineering Management or Project Management is preferred.
- Certifications in infrastructure project execution (e.g., CDCP/CDCS, AutoCAD, or vendor-based equipment training like Schneider, Vertiv, or APC) are recommended.
- Health, Safety & Environment certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus.
- 6–8 years of infrastructure project experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven background in handling data center, power, or facility construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical layouts, civil coordination, and HVAC installation.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and reporting dashboards.
- Proficiency in reading SLDs, BOQs, load schedules, and construction drawings.
- Understanding of commissioning protocols and integration between systems.
- Site-level troubleshooting, coordination, and decision-making.
- Basic financial awareness for budgeting and quantity validation
