Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team of 10 professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms that generate qualified leads and drive sales growth.
- Oversee brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and a positive brand image across all channels and touchpoints.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and accurate financial reporting for marketing activities.
