The Marketing Head will lead a dedicated team of 10 marketing professionals and be responsible for designing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance the company's brand presence, generate qualified leads, and drive sustainable business growth. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team of 10 professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms that generate qualified leads and drive sales growth.
• Oversee brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and a positive brand image across all channels and touchpoints.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and accurate financial reporting for marketing activities.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions, enhance engagement, and improve customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, product development, and other internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and marketing events.
• Evaluate the performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives through data-driven metrics and analytics to optimize results.
