Details

The Trust School in Lahore is seeking a Head of School to lead academic and administrative operations. The role requires a visionary educator who can implement high academic standards, foster teacher development, and uphold the school’s mission to provide quality education, especially to underprivileged children in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Set academic and learning goals aligned with the national curriculum.
• Supervise and guide teachers to ensure effective teaching and learning outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate teacher performance; report to higher management.
• Oversee administrative processes, including timetable, class list, and schedule preparation.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
• Represent The Trust School at seminars, conferences, and educational forums.
• Promote a culture of academic excellence, discipline, and inclusivity.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in school leadership, preferably as Head, Principal, or Vice Principal.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s national curriculum and educational frameworks.
• Knowledge of school administration, management, and teacher evaluation systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
