Job Responsibilities

:

• Develop SME business plan in line with the Bank’s business objectives.
• Encourage program-based lending suited to the needs of existing and prospective clientele.
• Implement business plans and strategies to grow funded and non-funded business.
• Identify business opportunities, structure proposals, negotiate terms and determine security arrangements.
• Establish new relationships and strengthen & deepen relationships with existing customers.
• Provide financial advice & solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Liaise with other business units for business leads.
• Ensure achievement of financial and non-financial objectives.
• Monitor business performance of SME Division Regions and field teams and take remedial action where required.
• Keep non-performing loans at the lowest levels.
• Ensure credit discipline is maintained in line with the Bank’s CPM, Policies, and Procedures.
• Monitor compliance with SBP Regulations and PRs.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of Aug 14th, 2026.
