Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hiring, promotions, and exits, using Workday and other systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with global and local standards.
• Support payroll inputs, approvals, and updates for timely processing.
• Respond to employee and manager queries, providing clear and helpful guidance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards in all tasks.
  
  
  

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1.5 – 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in HR systems, such as Workday, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a global organization or shared services environment.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements in Pakistan.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
