About the role:

We're looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our growing HR team. You'll support day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruitment coordination, maintain employee records, and help ensure a smooth employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone with 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in Human Resources.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Post job openings on various job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Track candidate and employee information in the ATS and HR systems.
• Assist with preparing HR reports and maintaining databases.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support.
• Help organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• 0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration (internship experience is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Karachi.
• Basic proficiency in Canva for designing recruitment posts, presentations, and employer branding content.
