Infina Health is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Director to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. This leadership position
involves providing HR support to Business Unit Heads, overseeing talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, talent development, and succession planning
Act to support the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, development, & etc.
Develop and monitor internal company HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
Develop and implement a variety of HR strategies and initiatives.
Supervise the work of the HR department and provide guidance.
Serve as the point of contact for employment relations.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Business /Administration/Management or related field.
Minimum 10 Years Of Working Experience In HR Function.
Minimum 4 years of experience in leading HR functions for a medium to large MNC organization.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Highly organized, meticulous, able to prioritize and multitask with minimum supervision.
Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships.
High degree of initiative and advanced problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in CRM, HRM and HIS system software.
License/Certification
SHRM or CHRP certificate is a plus.
