We are a fast-growing software house delivering innovative technology solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist who can effectively manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting both technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates with hiring managers.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management support.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR reporting.
- Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a software house or IT company.
- Hands-on experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS/ATS platforms is an advantage.
