HR Generalist

Role Overview

We're looking for an HR Executive / HR Generalist with 1–3 years of experience to support our growing team. You'll play a key role in managing recruitment, HR operations, employee onboarding, and day-to-day people processes while helping create a positive and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Handle onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and other day-to-day HR operations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
• Assist with performance management, probation reviews, and employee confirmations.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or a Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with HRIS/ATS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.

• Experience in the IT software or technology industry.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting.
• Knowledge of payroll support and HR analytics.
