HR Generalist (Night Shift) - Phoenix Coderex

Our client Phoenix Coderex is hiring a HR Generalist (Night Shift) in Lahore.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate HR reports and support various HR projects as assigned.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the IT or Software industry.
• Sound understanding of HR best practices and Pakistan Labour Laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Night Shift).
