We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate HR reports and support various HR projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the IT or Software industry.
- Sound understanding of HR best practices and Pakistan Labour Laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Night Shift).
