We are a multi-division US transportation company looking for an HR expert to manage the recruitment, payroll, and HR of the organization across all business lines and departments.
This is a remote position and the individual will be required to work US EST (New York).

- Must be able to use Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
- Must be able to speak, write, and read English with a near fluent level
- Must be hard working and willing to go above and beyond
- Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Is able to handle high pressure environment
- Has attention to detail
- Investigate HR and Employee Relations issues, including:
- Conducting investigation related interviews
- Drafting reports and proposing remedial action based on investigation findings
- Producing complete investigation documentation
- Analysing data from various reporting systems to ensure swift progress on cases
- Management of stakeholders as related to the case ensuring appropriate closure
- Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively
- Design, collect, and analyse multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback
- Analyse aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for Consult and collaborate with business partners, Corporate ER teams, Compliance and Legal teams on complex employee investigations
- Manage critical employee relations issues that are crisis-oriented to ensure successfully completion within limited time and SLAs
- Partner in analysis and revision of people programmes, policies, and practices. Capability to work with business to input into engagement or cultural plans to improve ER/IR situation and fix situation in the ER/IR hot spots.
- Help analyse, diagnose, design, and revise people programmes, policies, and Ability to manage ER/IR project at large scale and to be engaged in complex case resolution
