DrivenStack is a certified automation and CRM consultancy based in DHA Phase II, Islamabad. We build revenue systems for clients across the US, UK and Australia, and we have grown to 25 people without a dedicated HR function.

That has run its course. We are hiring our first HR person.

This is not a policy-writing desk job. Twenty small things reach the founders every day that should never get that far. You are the layer that absorbs them and handles them with judgement, structure and a clear sense of where the company is going.

What you will own

• End to end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and managing the pipeline
• Onboarding and induction for new joiners
• Attendance, leave and day to day employee records
• Performance review cycles and documentation
• Employee queries and grievances, resolved at your level wherever possible
• Monthly people reports that leadership uses to make decisions
• The general rhythm and structure of an on-site office

What we are looking for

• HR experience, ideally in a services, agency or tech environment
• Strong written and spoken English. You will be writing announcements, policies and reports that people actually read
• Genuine comfort with data. Building a tracker in Sheets, pulling numbers together and presenting them clearly should feel routine, not daunting
• Sound judgement on what to solve independently and what to escalate
• The ability to hold a room and be approachable without becoming everyone's best friend
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
