Our client Jordans World Communications is hiring a HR & Recruitment Officer in Lahore.
Location: Gulberg III – Lahore
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: 40,000 PKR – 60,000 PKR (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Officer to support our growing sales call center. Recruitment will be the primary focus of this role, alongside employee records, attendance, and payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring targets.
- Manage attendance records and assist with monthly payroll.
- Handle employee queries and maintain employee & HR documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment is required.
- Experience hiring for a call center is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
