HR & Recruitment Officer - Jordans World Communications

Our client Jordans World Communications is hiring a HR & Recruitment Officer in Lahore.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring targets.
• Manage attendance records and assist with monthly payroll.
• Handle employee queries and maintain employee & HR documentation.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment is required.
• Experience hiring for a call center is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Basic understanding of payroll and HR operations.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
