About the Role

We’re building a Workday Developer team and looking for professionals with experience across HRIS, cloud technologies, systems integration and modern AI capabilities. The role will focus on designing and developing Workday solutions and integrations, connecting enterprise systems through APIs and cloud platforms, and exploring how Agentic AI can automate and transform HR and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain HRIS platforms to support core HR processes (onboarding, payroll, attendance, performance management, etc.)

• Design and implement integrations between HR systems and other business applications (ERP, finance, IT systems) via APIs

• Identify opportunities to apply Agentic AI to automate repetitive HR tasks and workflows (e.g., query handling, data entry, reporting)

• Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations

• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy standards across integrated systems

• Document system configurations, integration workflows, and standard operating procedures

• Provide user training and support for HRIS tools

What we need:

• Agentic AI experience (building, configuring, or working with AI agents/automation tools)

• Hands-on HRIS implementation and configuration experience

• Experience with systems/API integration (REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of core HR processes and data structures

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Odoo

• Experience with Workday

• Experience with Oracle HCM

• Experience with SAP

• Exposure to any other ERP platform
