Job Purpose

• Assist the HSE & Training Manager in implementing site-wide Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability (HSE&S) programs.
• Support the development of a proactive safety culture through training, risk management, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate HSE standards, local regulations, and sustainability requirements.
  
  

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct HSE induction and awareness training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Participate in and lead risk assessments, PSSR, MOC, and hazard identification activities.
• Deliver HSE training programs and validate employee competency.
• Monitor and report HSE performance indicators, objectives, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, behavioral observations, and safety audits.
• Support environmental monitoring activities, including emissions, effluent, air quality, noise, and industrial hygiene assessments.
• Coordinate HSE data collection, verification, and reporting.
• Support implementation of sustainability initiatives and waste management programs.
• Promote Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) and safety culture improvement programs.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Experience

• 3–5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing or multinational company environment.
• Experience in safety training, risk assessments, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of process safety management and environmental management systems is preferred.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety or a related field.
• Professional certifications in HSE, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent will be an advantage.
