Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee, Taraki, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Conduct and coordinate background verification checks, including employment and educational verification.
- Assist with payroll-related activities and maintain accurate employee/client records.
- Prepare recruitment reports, candidate updates, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
