About the Role

Unity Films Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers practical exposure to core HR functions, particularly recruitment, employee records management, and administrative support. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in Human Resources.


Employment Type: HR Intern (Leading to Employment)  

Location: On-site

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Hours: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM


Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, and candidate screening.

Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases, employee records, and HR documentation.

Support onboarding activities and employee file management.

Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, and routine HR operations.

Provide administrative support and contribute to day-to-day HR activities.


Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
