Role Description The Human Resources Officer at Moving With Sam will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. This role will manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance, while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations. The Human Resources Officer will support performance management processes, handle employee queries, and assist in resolving workplace concerns in a fair and timely manner. The role will also involve organizing trainings, supporting health and safety initiatives, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR administration, including maintaining accurate employee records.
• Skills in performance management support, organizing trainings, and assisting with staff development initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities to handle employee queries and foster a collaborative environment.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices relevant to on-site operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR-related software or systems for documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in a service or operations-focused company.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
