HOF Global is currently seeking Immigration Sales Consultants to join our growing Consultancy Division at our office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and professionals with 1–3 years of relevant experience who are looking to build or further their careers in consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and engage with warm leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand prospective clients’ immigration requirements and assess their needs.
- Provide clear and professional information regarding relevant immigration services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with leads consistently and manage the pipeline effectively.
- Address client concerns and objections while maintaining a professional approach.
- Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions effectively.
- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work toward and achieve sales objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience with CRM systems will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in immigration consultancy or a related industry is a plus but not mandatory.
