To manage import documentation, Bill of Lading (B/L) processing, Shipping Instructions (SI), carrier coordination, billing, invoicing, and customer service activities. The position ensures the timely and accurate submission of shipping documents, compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Foreign Exchange Circulars, resolution of rating and billing discrepancies, and effective coordination with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and upcountry offices.

- General Accountability
- Bachelor / Masters degree in Business Management / Marketing/ or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good networking and social network with all the freight forwarder players in market.
- Good knowledge and familiar with local and international governmental, customs, ocean and hazardous cargo regulations.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives minimum supervision.
