NATIVIA GLOBAL (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a UK-based international trading company, is seeking a skilled Import Export, Logistics & Operations Manager to join its Lahore office.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in import and export operations, managing shipment processes, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of goods. This role demands familiarity with shipping documentation, freight forwarding, container handling, and customs compliance procedures. The position operates within UK office hours, providing a dynamic international work environment.

This role requires a self-driven individual with strong communication and follow-up abilities to coordinate various logistics activities efficiently. While this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate is expected to independently handle multiple aspects of shipping and logistics operations.

The candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience and demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complexities involved in global trade effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee all import and export operations ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with freight forwarding agents, shipping lines, and suppliers to facilitate smooth handling and transportation of goods.
• Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, resolving logistical issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin to ensure accuracy.
• Manage container handling processes, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and storage practices are followed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan logistics activities optimizing time and cost efficiencies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, customs clearance, and inventory to support accurate reporting and audit requirements.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards related to logistics operations.
• Communicate regularly with suppliers, customers, and freight handlers to provide status updates and resolve queries promptly.
• Implement best practices in logistics and operations to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
