Interior Designer Execution (purchaser) - Work Together

Our client Work Together is hiring a Interior Designer Execution (purchaser) in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Create and present detailed design plans, including floor layouts and material specifications.
- Oversee the complete execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design plans.
- Source and purchase furniture, materials, and accessories needed for projects.
- Conduct site visits to check on project status and handle any issues that arise.
- Ensure all designs adhere to safety, health, and compliance regulations.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, materials, and competitive developments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of professional experience in interior design execution.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and successful project execution.
- Proven experience in client management and negotiation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, color theory, and furniture layout.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:

- On-site presence required during project execution phases.
- Flexibility to travel to various project locations as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry design materials and samples.
- Valid driver’s license for site visits and supplier meetings.
